1. Payment

All payments are upfront with Paypal invoice, Cash App, or Venmo. I prefer to use Cash App over Paypal due to the large fee that Paypal takes. I don't accept any other form of payment.

2. References

You must have visual references for your character. Including a written description of them to describe their personalities and other characteristics aids in the creation.

2.1. Complex Character Designs

There will be additional charges to your commission if I feel they have a very complicated design that will take more time than usual.

2.2. About Additional Characters

If the two characters interact (i.e., kissing, hugging, dancing, posing together), you will be charged the additional character fee. If the characters can be separated and there isn't any difference (i.e., in a character lineup), then it will be recognized as a separate order. Two characters simply standing next to each other without acknowledging the other's presence will be charged two orders.

3. Refund Policy

If I have not started on your commission yet, then I will give you a full refund. If I am halfway through, then I will give you half your money back. If I have already completed it, then I will not allow a refund.

4. Making Changes and WIPs

I will send you Work in Progress (WIP) shots during the commission process. I will typically send a rough sketch of the drawing and ask you if the poses and expressions are correct before I proceed to finalize it. If you would like to make a change, please do so when I send the rough sketch, and there will not be any additional charges. If you would like something changed and I'm already in the process of finalizing it, then it will result in additional charges.

5. Declining Your Order

I have every right to decline your order. I will usually only do this if I feel overwhelmed by the amount of work or if the drawing is way beyond my skill level. Some characters won't translate well into my style. If you ask me to draw something and I have already clarified that I won't draw anything, then I will decline. Please don't take it personally.

6. Turnaround Time

I will finish a commission within a span of 2 weeks to 2 months after payment depending on the size of the order. If there's a deadline you'd like me to meet, then let me know! If you'd like me to complete a drawing in a few days, please note that this could affect the quality of the finished product. If you have an issue with how long I'm taking to do your commission, please bring it up privately with me.

7. Usage of Commission

All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise stated. If you're planning on using your commission for merchandise or a book you're selling, then please mention it to me. Do not profit from my artwork without consent. You are allowed to upload your commission wherever you want, but please don't claim it as your own artwork. You may NEVER use my art for NFTs or AI art. I will blacklist you if you do.

8. Privacy

If you would like to keep your commission private then let me know, otherwise I will assume it's okay for me to display the commission on my social media. There is also a possibility I will give out the step-by-step process or source file of your commission to patrons. If this makes you uncomfortable, let me know!

9. Delivery

The final artwork will be sent to you through email without a watermark. I will send a variety of different versions, such as with a watermark, transparent, with background, without background, and with a white outline. I upload most of the artwork online and may possibly use it in my professional portfolio. If you would like to keep this drawing private, then please say so.

1. What program do you use?

I used to use Clip Studio Paint Pro as my main program. I highly recommend this program out of any other art program out there as it's not subscription-based and goes on sale very often. I will also occasionally use Photoshop do to minor editing.

2. What tablet do you use?

I use the Huion Inspiroy Keydial. I used to use a Wacom Intuos but the driver crashed too often and the customer support wasn't very good so I switch to Huion. Probably the best decision I've ever made.

3. Do you do art trades?

Only with mutuals and friends.

4. Will the watermark be on the final commission?

Nope! When I post your commission online I put a watermark on it because it's only for your usage. I will give you multiple different versions of the drawing without the watermark.
